Hi my name is Marlies Beach and I graduated with a diploma in Veterinary Technology from the University of Guelph Ridgetown campus in 2016.

Shortly after I wrote my registration exam to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. Following in the footsteps of my RVT parents, caring for animals has always been a part of my everyday life so I knew from a young age that in some way or another I would do this as my career. My passion is working with bovines, growing up surrounded by various creatures and working on a Jersey Dairy farm through high school, working with cows has won over my heart. Although I do love my time in clinic as well, snuggling cats and dogs, working various positions, you'll also find me on farm vaccinating and dehorning calves as well as with our ProVitro team helping with OPU and DFR's. In my spare time I enjoy hiking/running with my dog, camping, swimming, fishing and quality time with my family and friends. I love to escape from my busy life to enjoy the great outdoors and the peaceful side of life, I hope to one day own a large property with many tree's, close to the water to call my own! My dog Astrid, whom I rescued, and my cat Lollipop are a huge part of my little family.
